This staged project included the demolition of four levels, and fitout of new accomodation from
construction of new offices to key services upgrades of an occupied building.

19 National Circuit Barton ACT
Boss Constructions were contracted to provide construction management services and to carry out modifications within Centenary House, Ground to Level 3 for The
Australian National Audit Office (ANAO). The ANAO are a specialist public sector practice which provide a full range of audit services to the Parliament and
Commonwealth public sector agencies and statutory bodies.
Boss Construction were contracted to deliver this project whilst maintaining ANAO occupancy.
The scope of work in brief for this realignment project involves the demolition of existing, four level fitout and construction of new work to each level. This work
included the construction of executive offices, new conference, training rooms, and the installation of new workstations throughout. Boss Constructions were also
responsible for the electrical, mechanical and data upgrades, to each level .This work is being performed in an occupied building staged and programmed as to minimize
disruption to building users.
ASG Group Fitout,
Equinox Business Park, Deakin
Boss Constructions was contracted to provide construction management services to ASG Group who provide IT management and consulting services.
Boss Constructions was contracted to deliver New Fiout works within Equinox office building Deakin.
This work included the construction of new executive offices, new conference and secure rooms, server room, and new amenities.
Boss Constructions was also responsible for the co-ordination of electrical, data, hydraulic, audio visual, fire, mechanical, partitioning, set plasterboard
ceiling and bulkheads, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, graphic film, supply and installation of whitegoods, and the installation of new workstations, loose
furniture and joinery items throughout.
Australian Sports Ant-doping Authority (ASADA),
5 Tennant Street Fyshwick ACT
Boss Constructions was contracted to provide construction management services to ASADA an Australian Government organisation established in 2006,
as a result of the Government’s commitment to strengthen its Tough on Drugs in Sport Strategy.
Boss Constructions was contracted to deliver modifications within Tennant Street office building.
Demolition of existing five units and the construction of new work to ground level combined fitout with an NLA of 1400 m2.
This work included the construction of executive offices, new conference and secure rooms, server room, and new amenities.
Boss Constructions was also responsible for the co-ordination of electrical, data, hydraulic, audio visual, fire, mechanical, partitioning, set
plasterboard ceiling and bulkheads, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, graphic film, supply and installation of white goods, and the installation of
new workstations, loose furniture and joinery items throughout.
Australian Agency for International Development (AUSAID),
20 Allara Street Canberra City ACT
Boss Constructions were contracted to provide construction management services at 20 Allara Street, Level 10 to Level 11 for
the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID). AusAID are the Australian Government agency responsible for managing Australia's
overseas aid program.
The scope of work for this refurbishment project included the demolition of existing fitout and construction of new work within each level. This
work included the fitout of Level 10 and 11, the reuse of existing partitions, the demolition of partitions and workstations, relocation of relevant
services and installation of new services where required, coordination and installation of new workstation screens, loose furniture, new finishes
and joinery, the installation and coordination of existing furniture off site at AusAID’s storage facility.
Boss Constructions were also responsible in ensuring Level 10 was completed in accordance with strict T4 security specifications for installation of
DFAT Satin Hi ICT infrastructure and the installation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) to defence specifications, including
the setting up of 25 workstations for Satin Hi.
Levels 10 & 11 tenancy were currently unoccupied by staff and Fitout work was being performed in an occupied building staged and programmed as to
minimize disruption to building other users.
Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services Fitout & Refurbishment Project,
Nature Conservation House, Emu Bank Belconnen ACT
Boss Constructions were contracted to provide construction management services deliver modifications within Conservation House, Ground to
Level 3 for The Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services (DHCS). The DHCS are responsibility for a wide range of human services
functions in the ACT, including multicultural affairs, community services, older people, women, public and community housing services and policy,
children, youth and family support services and policy, disability policy and services, therapy services, Child and Family Centres, the ACT
Government Concessions Program, homelessness, community engagement, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs, and community disaster recovery
Boss Construction have been contracted to deliver this project whilst maintaining DHCS occupancy.

Dobinson Davey Clifford Simpson Family Law Specialists Fitout & Refurbishment Project,
23 Marcus Clarke Street, New Acton, Canberra City
Boss Constructions was employed to provide construction management services within the New Acton heritage precinct, for Dobinson Davey Clifford Simpson Family Law Specialist
This work included the energetic revitalisation and fitout within the New Acton site. The work was carried out with respect to the conservation values of the
building, faithfully restoring and preserving the heritage qualities offered by the site whilst delivering an excellent outcome, fulfilling the clients brief.
Boss Constructions was also responsible for the co-ordination of electrical, data, hydraulic, fire, mechanical, partitioning, set plasterboard ceiling and
bulkheads, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, graphic film, supply and installation of white goods, and the installation of new workstations, loose furniture
and joinery items throughout
Emergency Services Agency Jerrabomberra Brigade Facility Upgrade, 273 Jerrabomberrs Avenue Symonston ACT
Construction of new addition and alterations to existing brigade facilities.
The ESA Jerrabomberra Brigade was constructed using a pad and raft slab design and incorporates sustainable design features such as reticulated
water system, low thermal transfer glazing and selective use of natural ventilation.
The structure is traditional slab on ground with bespoke structural steel, enclosed with insulated colour bond roofing and cladding.
These works incorporated soil remediation and significant dewatering strategies that allowed our addition to tie into two other existing structures
successfully rationalising the facility.
The facility was designed to reflect the traditional existing sheds in the environment with the highest level of amenities available to any volunteer Rural Fire Brigade.
Flynn Primary School Construction, Fitout & Refurbishment Project,
21 Bingle Street Flynn ACT
The project scope included the design development, authority approval, procurement, fitout & refurbishment of two existing buildings, and the construction of a
New Link Building on behalf of the Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services (DHCS).
The scope of works also included extensive civil works to the Northern side of the site and landscaping to two existing courtyard areas.
Design development, consultation, procurement and construction was undertaken in accordance with all security, access, safety and other considerations
of the current land owner, neighbouring properties and those of the DHCS.
The refurbishment of the former Flynn Primary School was completed and delivered at a rapid pace to meet ministerial expectations.
Lockheed Martin Australia New Fitout,
53 Wentworth Avenue Kingston ACT
Boss Constructions was contracted to provide construction management services to Lockheed Martin who as an organisation begin its relationship with Australia
back in the 1950’s. Lockheed Martin' business activity in Australia now spans the Aeronautics,Maritime, Surveillance, Defence Systems, C4ISR and Civil Information
Technology domains.
Boss Constructions was contracted to construct its new fitout at 53 Wentworth Avenue, Kingston with an NLA of approximately 4500 m2. This work included
the construction of executive offices, new conference and secure rooms, server room, and complex video conferencing rooms.
Boss Constructions was also responsible for the co-ordination of services, audio visual, fire, mechanical, partitioning, set plasterboard ceiling and
bulkheads, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, graphic film, supply and installation of whitegoods, and the installation of new workstations, loose furniture
and joinery items throughout.
Phillip Enclosed Oval - Grandstand & Pavilion,
12 Spoering Street Phillip ACT
Reinforced concrete grandstand, architectural block work pavilion & associated prefabricated groundkeeper’s shed. The structure was built with pier
& beam slab on fill with core filled block work and a traditionally reinforced suspended slab roof to suit stage two extension with grandstand above.
The grandstand & pavilion included heated change rooms for players & referees, mechanically ventilated canteen and first aid room, male & female amenities
to accommodate high volumes of spectators, large equipment store and irrigated landscaping. The Pavilion has been designed to provide the highest level of
amenity available to council grounds for dual sporting teams, officials and spectators. The engineering on this project has provided the necessary design
provisions to allow for the construction of a level above the pavilion at stage two of this project.
Boss Constructions provided the client ongoing support to resolve outstanding design issues after practical completion was reached on this project.
St Francis of Assisi New Library & Hall Extension,
120 Casey Crescent Calwell ACT
This school project is for the St Francis of Assisi for and on behalf of the Catholic Education Office and is a Building Education Revolution Project.
The project involved the refurbishment of the kindergarten building, extension of the existing hall and the construction of the new library.
Central to the new library, was a carefully hand built truss which spans the full length of the space.
The truss has been constructed using recycled timber and is a wonderful structural element.
This project was staged and delivered to accommodate the operation of the school program and to minimise disruptions to its users.
